Terre Exotique’s yuzu zest adds a burst of citrus flavour to indulgent chocolate desserts and seafood salads. Yuzu are small Japanese citrus fruits, with a similar flavour to mandarin and lime. This zingy yuzu zest is wonderful sprinkled over dishes before serving to enjoy the full aroma and flavour.

Pair with chocolate ganache, grapefruit sorbet and Amalfi lemon tarts, or add a pinch to grilled white fish, tabbouleh salads and BBQ prawns.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
