Shibanuma premium Ohitachi soy sauce is made with whole soybeans from Japan. The soy sauce ferments in 100-year-old barrels for 12 months. It has a deep, rounded flavour of rare quality.

The name ‘Ohitachi’ dates back to the Edo period and refers to ‘a taste of Hitachi province’. Hitachi soy sauce is known for its superior quality.
