Red Gloss Food Colour For Chocolate 20g

This professional red food colouring is fat soluble, perfect for use in pastry and chocolate work. 

To use, mix the red chocolate colour together with melted white chocolate or cocoa butter melted at 35°C. Mix well and apply the coloured chocolate using a brush or chocolate spray gun. If using a spray, strain through a sieve before use. Use around 1tsp per 200g of chocolate or cocoa butter.

Ingredients: Scarlet E124. Active ingredient 21 – 24%. May have effects on activity and attention in children.
