ProQ’s home cured bacon kit has everything you need to make your own breakfast bacon. All you need is a smoking chamber – use your ProQ BBQ smoker, any kettle BBQ, or even any clean cabinet that can hold your meat.

• 3x resealable curing bags
• Muslin cloth

Includes enough cure and wood dust to smoke 3kg of bacon.
