The salt mill comes with Peugeot’s patented u’Select grinding mechanism, which allows you to choose how coarse or fine you want your salt, ideal for all your seasoning needs, whether you’re making salted caramel or grilled scallops. This mill has been specially developed for dry, coarse rock salt.

Do not use with ‘wet’ salts such as Guerande or fleur de sel, peppercorns, sea salt or other spices.
