It is made exclusively from Ogliarola olives, one of the most famous olive varieties grown in Puglia. The specially selected olives are pressed at very low temperatures to preserve their delicate flavour.

Ogliarola olive oil has a wonderfully fresh aroma with hints of almond and jasmine. The subtle, gently spicy flavour will enhance a dish of roasted vegetables or sea bream baked with lemon and garlic. Try adding a drizzle to rocket salads or orecchiette with a light tomato sauce.
