Mixed wild mushrooms are an easy way to add a meaty, umami punch to your meals. Simply simmer the dried woodland mushrooms in stews and noodle broths, or rehydrate in water and pan-fry in a little butter to stir through pasta.
This 500g tub of mixed wild mushrooms is ideal for caterers. A smaller 100g pack of dried wild mushrooms is also available.
Ingredients: Slippery jack, black fungus, oyster mushroom, porcini.
Storage: store in a cool and dry condition, away from humidity.
