Maison Bremond 30 Mini Traditional Calissons Lingot, 185g

Maison Bremond have made their mini traditional calissions lingot using the same recipe since their foundation in 1830, and for good reason. The ultimate combination of fruit and nut, this traditional french confectionary combines sweet flavours of candied melon with rich ground almonds, covered in a layer of royal icing, for a bite-sized oval delight.

Calissons are traditionally made with 3 layers – candied fruit, almond paste and royal icing. Maison Bremond use candied melon for a gentle and fresh sweetness, along with the finest Provencal almonds for the deep nutty flavour.

These Lingot calissons come in a beautifully illustrated box, which makes a great gift for friends and family, or a delicious treat to yourself.

Ingredients: candied fruits 41% (fruits 54% [melon 96%, orange and lemon peels], glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), almonds 30% (of which 30% from Provence), sugar, egg white 2,5%, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, unleavened bread (potato starch, sunflower oil), natural flavourings, bitter almonds extract.
