This Cebo de Campo outdoor reared 18-24 month matured Iberico ham with carving set makes a fantastic gift for charcuterie lovers. Or serve it as a stunning party centrepiece.

‘Cebo de Campo’ means that the Iberico pig is reared in farm fields – in this instance, in the Spanish region of Dehesa, on the south west Iberian peninsula. The pork shoulder is salted, rested, dried and matured for between 18 and 24 months to produce a ham with an intense flavour, slight sweetness and lingering finish. 

This smart carving set comes with Iberico ham, carving board and knife. Serve slivers of the Iberico ham with manchego cheese, or add to pan con tomate in traditional Cataluna style. 

Ingredients: Pork, salt, preservatives (E250 and E252), antioxidant (E301)

Storage: Once opened, keep in a cool and dry place, covering the open surface with cling film and consume within 2 months.
