Handmade Stoneware Vinaigrier / Kombucha Jar 2.5 Litre

Use this handmade stoneware vinaigrier and kombucha jar for making your own vinegar at home. Handmade in the Netherlands, this glazed pale grey jar has a stainless steel tap for ease of pouring.

Stoneware is the perfect material for vinaigrier jars thanks to its resistance to acid and protection from light. The thick sides are ideal for regulating temperature.

This stoneware jar is perfect for when you’re making kombucha – a funky, fermented tea drink that has a slight fizz. Kombucha is produced by fermenting sweetened tea with a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast).

This stoneware vinaigrier jar has a capacity of 2.5 litres.
