This Italian condiment is incredibly versatile, pairing well with octopus, game and fresh fruit. You can drizzle it over raw and cooked vegetables or add a splash to cocktails and soft drinks. It also makes a fantastic raspberry vinaigrette to dress leafy green salads with goat’s cheese and red onion.
