Giuseppe Giusti single wood aged balsamic vinegar collection is a trio of vinegars, each aged in a different wooden cask. The system of ‘decanter and refill’ is used to transfer the liquid from one cask to another, with each wood providing unique flavours and aromas.

The three balsamic vinegars are:

• Oak – with prominent notes of vanilla
• Juniper – with strong, sharp aromas
• Cherry wood – with sweet, spicy tones

The trio comes beautifully presented in a smart red box.

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start. With a focus on respect for tradition and a sustainable approach to production, the Giusti family has created some of the best-loved balsamics, not only in Italy, but across the world.

Based in the Modena countryside, Giusti still to this day age their balsamic vinegars in original casks, adding historic flavour characteristics to every bottle.
