This kit includes Acquerello aged carnaroli risotto rice, which is the risotto rice of choice for Michelin starred chefs. You’ll make your best risotto yet! Rehydrate the selection of mushrooms, and use the mushroom stock in the risotto itself.  All you need to bring to the dish is a little butter at the start, a touch of white wine, an onion, and a grating of Parmesan at the end. Finish the risotto with a drizzle of the truffle oil to enhance the mushroom flavours and tie the entire dish together.

The kit contains enough rice for 6-8 portions of risotto. Having mastered the dish you can then wow your friends.
