Acacia Truffle Honey

Truffle honey is made from amber-coloured acacia honey, infused with slivers of real truffle. The intense aromas of truffle honey go particularly well with ricotta and blue cheeses. The truffle honey’s savoury richness means it’s also delicious drizzled over grilled meats and savoury bourekas.

White truffle oil

White truffle oil’s intense aromas are a great way to finish a dish and lace it with complex flavours. White winter truffles (tuber magnatum pico) are collected between October and December, and known for their musky aroma and shallot-garlic notes. Try drizzling a small amount of the white truffle oil on risottos, fish and carpaccio.

Black truffle oil 

Black truffle oil has a wonderfully intense aroma and rich earthy flavours – for real truffle connoisseurs, try comparing it to the white. This fine truffled Italian extra virgin olive oil is delicious drizzled over beef fillets, mushroom risottos, roasted celeriac and jerusalem artichokes, or even scrambled eggs for a luxurious breakfast dish.  

Taste Of Truffle With Mushrooms & Almonds

‘Taste of truffle’ or ‘sapor di tartufo’ is an unctuous umami-rich mushroom sauce stirred through with summer truffles, giving it a delicate truffle flavour. The textured mushroom truffle salsa is fabulous spread on crunchy sourdough bread, or on small crackers as a tasty canape.

Carnaroli Rice with truffle

Carnaroli risotto rice is the ‘caviar’ of Italian rice, and has a long, elegant grain which holds its shape to create a beautifully-textured risotto. This carnaroli rice is mixed with dried mushrooms, vegetables, and summer truffles for the classic Italian risotto experience.

Truffle Butter

Truffle butter is a rich and intensely-flavoured spread made from finely-crumbled truffles churned with butter. The creamy truffle butter is delicious when melted over grilled fish or steaks. It can also be spread over canapés, and is great when stirred into a bowl of linguine or gnocchi. 

Truffle Salt

Truffle salt is a blend of pure salt flakes with dehydrated Italian black summer truffle, giving an intensely aromatic seasoning. Use truffle salt as a finishing salt to sprinkle over a mushroom risotto or serve the truffle salt alongside peeled quails’ eggs for a quick and luxurious canapé.
